Shipping Policy :
We at Pretty In Jewels value our customers' time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Ecom Express and more.
Delivery Timeline :
While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, a good range to keep in mind would be 10 - 15 working days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 6-8 working days to deliver, while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 10-15 working days. Delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days as per the location. One will receive tracking details over email.
Shipping Fee within India :
Free shipping on cart value of ₹499 or above. Alternatively, flat ₹59 will be charged as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than ₹499. This shipping fee is non-refundable.
In an event wherein the customer wishes to alter his/her order post confirmation, he/she should either DM us on Instagram @_pretty_in_jewels or email us at shop@prettyinjewels.in stating the Order Number.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.
